As we age, take on more responsibilities, and create success in other areas of life, it’s easy to put ourselves on the back burner to be in service of others.

Maybe you have tried to prioritize, on an (unsustainable) diet and/or exercise plan, only to hit a road bump and fall back into your old comfortable habits.

Up and down, on and off… it continues, for years. Your energy drags, your patience wanes, and your self-confidence plummets.

Jeff gets you, because he’s like you…
Husband, father and super mediocre pickleball player who has found a way to balance his sweet tooth, migraines, arthritic neck and other general insults of aging and reckless youth.
Jeff’s journey towards balanced health started 2010, inspired by his kids. Since then, he’s been on a health and fitness winding road that has involved unequal amounts of experimentation, self-education and of course certification!
Jeff quickly learned that it’s not donuts and soda holding people back – it’s their mindset.
Jeff specializes in helping clients uncover and move past the inner blocks that have led to poor eating and lifestyle choices.
Getting underneath the behaviors to the thoughts and emotions that led to the action is key.

It works because it’s a unique combination of teaching you how to eat healthy, incorporate exercise, goal setting, and most importantly: developing a healthy mindset, designing your environment and taking control of your life, rather than letting it control you.

You will learn to find balance in all areas of your life – not just with food – because it’s all the other things in life that affect how you respond in the moment, which impacts your mental, emotional and THEREFORE physical health.

It’s different because it’s not a diet and I don’t give you meal plans or sell you products. I’m trained as both a life and nutrition coach, so I will help you uncover and overcome the reasons you’ve failed in the past, while teaching you how to design a healthy lifestyle – that fits your life – so that you are always in control and able to make the best decision for your physical, mental and emotional health in any situation.

The simplest way to explain this may be in these terms:

  • Goals of Therapy: to take someone from a state of dysfunction to function. Typically long-term and exploratory in process.
  • Goals of Coaching: to take someone from a state of functional to optimal. Typically short-term and focused on a desired outcome.
  • Role of Therapist: to assess, diagnose, create and follow a treatment plan.
  • Role of Coach: to teach, challenge, motivate, guide, provide accountability, and partner with you in your journey.

A combination of self-guided online modules, coupled with weekly group calls and a private FB group for encouragement, accountability, and Q&A to support you during the program. It goes way beyond “eat this, not that” and is designed to help you identify and overcome the obstacles that have prevented you from succeeding in the past.

The total investment is approximately $1 million dollars. Kidding! But you will feel like a lean, mean, walking, talking million bucks at the end of the 12 weeks!
